• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits.

• If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased product, contact support@navigatethenext.com within 48 hours and we will make it right.

• Scheduling policy: For 1:1 sessions (including the Strategic Clarity Session™), rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' advance notice; otherwise the session is forfeited.

• Products and program access are for your personal, individual use and are non-transferable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, frameworks, and downloadable materials — is the property of Crown Solutions XL LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
